William James College Library Lending Policy

Patrons are responsible for the safe handling of all items borrowed from the library. Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were borrowed. Fees will be charged for missing or broken pieces, or otherwise damaged items.
Patrons will be charged full replacement cost for lost items.

Psychological Assessments

Assessment materials are only available for checkout to licensed, qualified users or those using the materials under supervision of a licensed, qualified user. The definition of a qualified user is determined by the assessment publisher and may mean those with professional licensure, an advanced degree in a specific field, or applicable training.
Patrons are responsible for the safe handling and security of assessment materials. They should always remain locked and away from public access. Under no circumstance may an assessment be shared with anyone outside of the WJC community. Proof of qualification and/or supervision may be requested by library staff at any time.
