Physical Collection

Our physical collection consists of over 1000 books and 200 individual psychological testing kits. All items are available to check out on a limited basis to faculty, staff, and students. Alumni are eligible to check out books.

Loan periods:

  • Books: 3 weeks

  • Test Kits: 1 week

  • Audio/Visual Items: 2 days

  • Course Reserve: 2 hours

Items may be renewed when not on hold by another patron. Please contact the library to request a renewal.

Psychological Testing Kits

The library holds nearly 200 individual psychological testing materials for use by qualified faculty and students under faculty supervision. Kits are to be used for instructional purposes only. Record forms are available upon request. In addition to physical test kits, the library also has access to online assessments and scoring through Pearson, WPS, MHS, and Par, Inc. Access to online testing software is approved on a case-by-case basis by the librarian and is for coursework under faculty supervision only.

Testing materials are checked out for one week. At certain times during the semester, some testing material may be placed on reserve for a course. Courses are given priority for all testing material and, while on reserve, those kits will not be available to check out.  As such, please plan accordingly.
