Free Online Content

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many publishers are offering free online content and trials for academic institutions. HeinOnline, Oxford University Press, and VitalSource electronic textbooks to name just a few.

Please visit the library's COVID-19 website for more details. We will continue to update the content as more becomes available.

COVID-19 Library Update:

Due to the COVID-19 closures, all library due dates are extended indefinitely. Please return library materials when in-person classes resume. No overdue fines will be charged to accounts and you may ignore overdue notices.

Interlibrary loan requests for article copies only will be processed as normal. Delays may occur due to library closings across the country. Requests for loans and chapter copies will be canceled until further notice. Please reach out to the library to discuss alternatives. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience at this time.

For more information and a list of free resources, please visit the WJC Library COVID-19 website

If you have any questions, please contact the library at 617-564-9405

Tutoring Services

The Academic Resource Center (ARC) is free for all enrolled students.

ARC tutors can provide help with:

  • Editing written assignments for language use,
  • Mastering study and preparation methods (e.g., note-taking, organizing thoughts)
  • Statistics and research

A student interested in ARC services should complete the ARC Referral Form and the ARC Tutoring Services Contract. Once these are submitted you will be contacted by the ARC coordinator with an introduction to a tutor.
